About the Role:

Akari Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our residential care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the care home, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance.

  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to health and safety, data protection, and equality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of leadership and management.

  • Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN.

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide a personal approach to residents and colleagues.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands.
