We are currently seeking an Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our team at Instem plc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced expanding business and contribute to the success of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various departments, including the IS and P&C departments. You will also assist with the production of group financial packs, prepare financial models, and perform ad hoc analysis as required.

You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and other members of the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial information is provided to support business decisions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in this role.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, based in London, UK or remotely. We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
