About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at KPI Recruiting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee the accounts receivable and payable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and payment of supplier bills. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reconciling credit card statements and employee expenses, as well as managing the credit control function to minimize bad debts and improve collections.

The ideal candidate will have AAT Level 4 qualification, experience in management accounting, and knowledge of Sage 50 accounts. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze variances and provide commentary to highlight key performance metrics and financial trends.
  • Monitor and reconcile credit card statements and employee expenses.
  • Manage the credit control function to minimize bad debts and improve collections.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable and payable process.
