Job Description:
This exciting opportunity involves overseeing all core financial functions, including monthly and year-end accounts, audit preparation, and compliance. As Company Secretary, you will contribute to strategic decisions and ensure effective financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Presenting accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders
- Closing month-end processes and preparing general ledger entries
- Suggesting improvements to financial systems and processes
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Liaising with external auditors and parent company to ensure regulatory compliance
- Managing VAT returns, tax documentation, and transfer pricing
- Ensuring customs declarations and regulatory compliance
- Human Resources:
- Processing payroll and pension calculations
- Managing online banking and currency monitoring
- Providing HR procedure input and maintaining expense policies
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
