We are seeking an experienced Hotel Experience Manager to join our team at Frasers Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and experience.

Job Description

As a Hotel Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and experience during their stay with us. This includes assisting them with any queries or concerns they may have, providing information about our facilities and local area, and leading and supporting the Front Office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • To provide first-class service to apartment guests by assisting them in a sincere and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of all services and facilities of the Frasers Hospitality properties and local area.
  • Provide leadership and support to all members of the Front Office team.
  • Overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations ensuring the Front Office department runs smoothly.
  • Managing staff teams, including property, raising standards and ensuring smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire people to be their best.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
  • Hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in the Front Office Department.
