About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Co-Ordinator to join our team at the Clermont Charing Cross hotel in London's Charing Cross area. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be able to develop and implement effective training programs for the team, drive sales, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for the team
  • Ensure seamless interactions between guests and our staff
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Drive sales and achieve targets
