Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for our guests by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a high level of cleanliness and product presentation.
- Providing exceptional turn down service to create a memorable experience for our guests.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment, who possesses excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
