We are seeking a talented Business Development and Operations Executive to join our team at Rolls-Royce plc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships. The salary for this position is £30,000 per year, which is competitive with industry standards. We also offer a range of benefits, including fully sponsored BA (Hons) degree in Business Management, option to apply for Chartered Manager status, 33 days' holiday per year, flexible working, competitive pension, voluntary benefits including discounts and health care, continuous learning and development, support from managers and mentors, and opportunities for social activities.
As a Business Development and Operations Executive, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business growth strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
