We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at KION Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual who can drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Key Account Sector.

The successful candidate will have direct sales experience, ideally in capital goods equipment or logistics, and possess product, sector, and industry knowledge. They will also be numerically competent, PC literate, and able to communicate convincingly to all levels.

This role offers a competitive, uncapped commission based package, with a Company Car. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Key Account Sector.
  • Sell market leading Linde new and used equipment to all business types.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to secure profitable business.
  • Maintain relationships and further develop business opportunities within existing customers.
Our Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in capital goods equipment or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, account planning processes, and storage and logistics systems.
  • Numerically competent, PC literate, and able to communicate convincingly to all levels.
