We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Development Manager to join our current sales team where you will be given the opportunity to support the growth in a dynamic and exciting environment. Astraseal are one of the leading fabricators in the window and door industry, with a reputation for manufacturing the highest quality windows and doors to match increasing industry demands.
Astraseal offers a wide range of products appealing to both the commercial and retail sector and is consistently bringing new products to the market in both PVC and Aluminium. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of windows and doors and associated components, delivering turnover growth across your area, promoting Astraseal product ranges to new and existing accounts, and providing technical and marketing expertise to customers.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of sales development and/or account management within our industry or similar (at least 1 year preferred). They should be able to influence and build confidence in others, ideally having some knowledge within the building materials sector. The use of CRM systems and ability to forge and build strong relationships with customers and existing accounts are also essential. In addition, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, strong attention to detail and personal organisation, resilience and calm under pressure, strategic and commercial thinking, and confident with all of Microsoft office software; Outlook, Excel and Word.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a company car, pension scheme, on-site parking, hybrid working, and bonus scheme.
