Sales and Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are excited to offer this role within our sales and operations team at Meon Valley Hotel. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Job Summary:

  • Support the sales team in managing incoming enquiries and converting them into successful events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with hotel software such as Opera Cloud is desirable.
