Role Overview:
Sales Executive - Conference & Events. We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. Located in the UK, this 113-bedroom hotel is set amidst 225 wooded acres, offering excellent amenities including a swimming pool, spa, and gym with easy access to nearby cities like Southampton and Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with new and existing clients, confidently converting leads into new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with our conference and events team to effectively sell event spaces for conferences, weddings, and other functions. Proactive sales calls and maximizing revenue by selling event packages are also essential aspects of this role.

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include career development opportunities throughout the UK, staff discount rates when staying at one of our 60 hotels, 50% off food and drink if staying at one of our hotels, and reduced membership at our Leisure clubs. You will also receive free meals on duty (when applicable), free uniform (if applicable to your role), and up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum, as well as auto-enrolment pension scheme.
