About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Coordinator to join our Conference & Banqueting team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and other events across our hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with room set up and food and beverage service throughout events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event guests and clients
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and delivery

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
