This is an exciting opportunity to join our elite team in Southampton, where you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing event bookings, and building strong relationships with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate event bookings, ensuring seamless transitions to our operations team.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and drive repeat business.
  • Oversee forecasting and reporting.
