Community Pharmacy Manager

As a Community Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services. You will manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records and reports.
You will work closely with other departments within the store to provide excellent customer service and promote the pharmacy's products and services. You will also be involved in local community outreach initiatives and participate in business development activities to drive sales growth and market share.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and annual bonuses. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role and develop your career within the company.
You will need a Pharmacy Degree and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You must also be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo a DBS check before employment.
