District Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced district nurse manager to join our team as a District Nurse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to lead and manage a team of district nurses in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in community nursing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing complex caseloads. They will be responsible for leading and developing the team, ensuring that patients receive excellent care and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver high-quality care.
This role requires a strong understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance, as well as the ability to work effectively with a variety of people at all organisational levels. The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex information to individuals and groups, with strong influencing and negotiating skills. They will also be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
The salary for this role is approximately £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
