We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager in Kent. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our clients, working holistically with clinical excellence to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include managing care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and gastronomy management when needed. You will be part of a 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
• Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
• Liaise with the wider care team, including MDTs, on clients' care
• Collaborate with the wider care team and Registered Manager

**Requirements:**
• Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN
• A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
• Experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
• Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
