Multidisciplinary Team Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Senior Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner to join our team as a Multidisciplinary Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care within trust policies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, with experience working in a busy and dynamic environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive corporate induction programme.
