Senior Nurse/Paramedic Lead

We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Senior Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient-focused care within trust policies.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work autonomously, and think on your feet. You will have the opportunity to develop and expand your clinical practice within service guidelines while working in a busy and diverse environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an Urgent Treatment Centre, with a strong track record of mandatory training and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information logically and concisely.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive corporate induction programme.
