About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse / Paramedic Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing expert specialist care to patients with minor injuries and illnesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a key specialist role within our urgent care service. You will work closely with our doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide expert care to patients with minor injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing specialist care to patients with minor injuries and illnesses">
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual patient needs">
  • Liaising with GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare services to ensure seamless patient care">
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A degree in nursing or paramedicine and current registration with the relevant professional body">
  • Significant experience working in urgent care or emergency departments">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team">
  • Familiarity with clinical guidelines and protocols">
