RPS Group seeks a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to lead our esteemed in-house Occupational Health team. As a key member of our team, you will serve one of our valued rail clients, delivering exceptional services that go beyond the ordinary.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring and guiding a team of Occupational Health Advisors, overseeing workflow and utilization of our occupational health nurse team, and actively participating in commercial initiatives and cross-team collaborations.

The ideal candidate will embody the essence of quality service, representing RPS Group with integrity and professionalism. You will have a robust clinical governance attitude, excellent communication skills, and an approachable style. A strong management qualification and high degree of self-motivation are desirable but not essential.

With a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and drive excellence in our team.
