We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at OneRetail. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary leadership, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is essential, and previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus great benefits and opportunities for learning and development.

Job Description:

  1. Lead and Motivate the Culinary Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food experiences.
  2. Oversee Operations: Oversee the preparation of food, manage budgets, and implement action plans to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth through excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  4. Implement Health & Safety Standards: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
