Culinary Support Staff Member

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff Member to join our team at Compass Group UK.
As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis. Your responsibilities will include preparing delicious, high-quality food and maintaining a high standard of kitchen cleanliness.
Your duties will also involve ensuring correct use of machinery and equipment, assisting with deliveries and supply vehicles, and representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage pressure, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively as part of an excellent team player. A committed and organised approach, flexibility to work shifts, and exceptional timekeeping and reliability are also essential.
Our estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
