About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of existing customers, developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and procedures to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.
