Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our company's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, driven by a passion for business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
