Results-Driven Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Onsite Industrial Account Manager, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets of £40,000, focusing on client relationship management and new business development
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support to clients in Rugby
- Conduct market research and network to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM software
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Familiarity with CRM software, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
We offer a competitive package including a base salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus an OTE up to £40,000, flexible working hours, comprehensive training, and career development opportunities.
