About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion within a reputable security services provider. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in increasing sales development activity and achieving ambitious targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic sales plan, identifying new market opportunities, and managing existing client relationships to ensure complete satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a long-term strategic sales plan
  • Researching and identifying new market opportunities for existing and new products and services
  • Managing new and existing client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Producing detailed monthly sales reporting and expenditure for directors
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to produce detailed strategic sales plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable experience in using CRM systems to maximise sales potential
Benefits and Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • An annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000, negotiable depending on experience
  • OVERTIME of £55,000 - £60,000 with an additional commission scheme
  • Laptop and company mobile phone

  • Flexibility to work from home, attending the office on a regular weekly basis
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
