About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales professional to join our team. As a Used Car Sales Controller, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities- Manage sales teams to achieve targets and exceed sales projections
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success in the used car industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Basic salary: £30,000 PA
- Overtime pay: up to £60K PA
- 42.5 hour contract
- 5 days per week (Mon-Fri 10 am-7 pm), plus Saturdays and Sundays
