Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Rugby, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
