Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
  • Outbound cold calls and emails by data and support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
  • Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM accordingly.
  • Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with great communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Proven success within a telesales environment and experience of making dozens of dials per day.
