At beBee Professionals in Rugby, we are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and will be able to develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
