Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across your designated territory, ensuring strong relationships with existing builders merchants and securing new stockists.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive product availability and ensure effective communication across all branches. You will be expected to build and maintain lasting relationships with branch staff, promoting company products and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned territory, supporting all existing builders merchants and acquiring new stockists.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • Lived on the patch within the designated area.

  • In-depth knowledge of heavy-side materials, including insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing, or any building envelope product.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
