CK Group is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to recruit a field commercial team for an Ophthalmology launch in 2025. This role will cover Yorkshire and Humberside, offering a unique opportunity for professionals with expertise in pharmaceutical sales.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through account management and promotion to HCPs and healthcare accounts. They will develop and execute territory-specific account plans, delivering strategic and promotional sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective account management and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific account plans to maximize sales potential.
  • Deliver results against KPIs and project objectives, ensuring the success of the Ophthalmology launch.
Requirements
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs, and ICS structures.
  • Multi-channel customer engagement skills.
