Revenue Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG commercial experience, with a minimum of 8 years' experience across at least two disciplines. They will also have experience managing complex projects and transformational change experiences, as well as cross-functional project management including Customer, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities of the Revenue Growth Specialist include developing and deploying RGM strategies, designing optimal PPA by brand, by channel within designated category segment(s), collaborating cross-functionally to bring to project approval, and leading the promotion optimisation process and design of annual promotion guidelines by channel.
