About This Role: We are seeking a Wholesale Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the wholesale sector.
">Responsibilities:
">- Wholesale Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the wholesale sector.">
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale customers, including Unitas and Country Range Group, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.">
- Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.">
- Pricing, Promotion, and Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing, promotions, and distribution agreements that maximize revenue and market share.">
- Account Planning and Evaluation: Develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives, and evaluate their effectiveness to inform future strategies.">
- Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.">
Requirements:
">- Experience: Proven experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience of dealing with customers within the wholesale sector.">
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy, and demonstrated NSV growth achievement.">
- Education: Degree educated (or equivalent).">
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
