Nia's mission is to end men's violence against women and girls. We achieve this by providing high-quality services to support women and children affected by male violence.

We are seeking an exceptional Woman's Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering our services to women and girls in East London.

The role involves providing one-to-one counselling and group therapy to adult women who are survivors of sexual violence. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to nia's feminist approach and a 'can-do' attitude. You will also need to be able to travel across East London, using public transport. Please note that CVs will not be accepted.
