About the Opportunity

As a Rape Crisis Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering our specialist programme, working with young women and girls to empower them to take control of their lives.

About the Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This includes a generous package of benefits, including enhanced pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.

About the Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, or counselling).
  • Experience of working with vulnerable populations, particularly young women and girls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
