About the Organisation

The Nia Project provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any form of sexual violence or abuse. Our services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling, and group work.

We are a professionally approved member of Rape Crisis England and Wales and an umbrella organisation supporting Rape Crisis Centres across the country. We are completely independent of the government and the criminal justice system.

In this role, you will be part of a growing feminist service that develops to meet the needs of women and girls. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services and contribute to our mission of ending violence against women, girls, and children.

Salary: £25,000-£28,500 per annum (pro rata). Location: This role involves travel and working across East London.
