Employee Wellbeing Expert Wanted:

We are looking for a dedicated Employee Wellbeing Expert to join our UK team at Workplace Options LLC. As an EAP Counsellor, you will engage with clients over the phone, video, and email to provide short-term counselling and crisis management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-the-moment support and crisis management to clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine client suitability for short-term counselling.
  • Work closely with high-risk clients and develop strategies to support them.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Level 4 diploma in Counselling or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with a regulatory counselling body (BACP/BPS/UKCP).
  • Experience using Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic counselling modalities.
