Counselling Professional for Education

We are recruiting a Counselling Professional for Education to join our team at WhereToTalk. As a qualified counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapy services to young people with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders and associated learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counselling and experience working with special needs populations. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, to provide comprehensive support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each student, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and complete Annual Review paperwork as required.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with school staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to the growth of our therapy services by promoting our services and meeting personal targets.
