Workplace Options LLC is seeking a Counselling Services Professional to join our UK team. As an EAP Counsellor, you will work with clients to deliver short-term counselling and crisis management services via phone, video, and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver single-session telephonic and video counselling services.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for high-risk clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective client support.

Requirements:

  • A Level 4 diploma in Counselling or equivalent qualification.
  • Full registration with a regulatory counselling body (BACP/BPS/UKCP).
  • Experience in crisis intervention and managing high-risk clients.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An annual salary of £42,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience.
