Administrative Assistant to CFO

The Henderson Group is a leading organization in Northern Ireland, employing over 5,500 colleagues across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to join our team, providing administrative support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating board meetings, including scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, and minute-taking.
- Providing general administrative support to our senior executives, including email management and diary coordination.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of actions and decisions arising from board meetings.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, including shareholders and their representatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
