Responsibilities:

- Assist with event planning and co-ordination tasks
- Provide administrative support to the event team
- Manage and maintain event calendars and schedules
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Handle event registrations and attendee management
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment rental, and catering arrangements
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for events including social media management
- Prepare event materials, including presentations, handouts, and signage
- Conduct research on potential vendors, sponsors, and partners
- Assist with on-site event management and co-ordination

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Typing speed and accuracy for clerical and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to use computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for document creation and collaboration

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
