Sales and Account Management Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on the automotive leasing industry. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join a growing and ambitious company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing business levels through the management of web sales, incoming email and telephone enquiries for consumer car leasing. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers
- Preparing and following up quotations for all sales enquiries
- Managing all inbound enquiries from website, email and telephone
- Responsibility for proposing clients/prospects for credit proposals
- Setting times of the day to prospect new customers/follow up calls
- Uploading new deals onto database before passing to sales support
- Working closely with Sales Support to ensure a well-managed delivery process for both new business and renewed vehicles.
- Communicating professionally with funding partners
- Maximising opportunities to enhance profit margin
- Providing frequent up to date reports on sales and sales opportunities
