We're seeking a talented Commercial Executive to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market intelligence and track key performance indicators to identify areas of commercial underperformance.
  • Develop business cases to enable commercial and operational change.
  • Lead commercial projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to budget setting and re-forecasting to ensure targets are achievable.
  • Deliver timely and accurate commercial insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Numerate and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data.
  • Commercial focus with a good understanding of the insurance market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often virtually.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines and priorities.
