Job Details- Actively support the development of the team to ensure optimum performance and succession planning- Overall responsibility for delivery of all productivity, commercial and customer targets through transformational leadership- Embed a culture of high performance and continuous improvement; ensuring that we always strive to over-achieve and improve ways of working for the organisation and our honest customers- Play a pivotal role in the design and execution of the retentions strategy, including all initiatives, systems and processes- Ensure that customers receive an efficient, professional and high quality service; delivering the right outcomes in every interaction- Maintain open and honest levels of communication with all business areas to facilitate best in class fraud management and customer outcomes- Support and input into departmental planning, ensuring we have the right level of resource in place to meet our validation requirements and budget

Skills we would love you to have- Proven track record of over-delivery in a contact centre environment- Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills- Ability to effectively motivate, coach and improve performance in teams- Analytical skills to interpret data and trends- Commercial focus

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
