Child Contact Supervisor

**Are you looking for an opportunity to draw on your experience working** **with families and children ? **Join our team undertaking child contact supervision in our Child Contact Centres in Hastings and Eastbourne as well as the Sussex community

**What is supervised child contact ?**

Child Contact venues provide children with the opportunity to spend quality time with their parent and/or relative in a safe, neutral space. We also help facilitate contact sessions in the community. The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carers. As a contact supervisor you would be sitting in on these sessions and writing reports afterwards.

- Willing to travel where contact is needed (Hastings, Eastbourne and the local Sussex community)

**What do AG Family Support do ?**

We are a family-run organisation making a positive difference in the lives of children and families since 2015. We are a reputable provider of independent social work, family support, and child contact services to local authorities, the courts, and members of the public in the UK.

**What else do I need to know ?**

Our team can choose which assignments they might wish to accept so this is a very flexible role which could work around other part time work, semi retirement or studying.

Previous experience working with families is essential

All our Contact Supervisors are also trained in Family Support Work, which provides them with ample opportunities to work across both roles.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
