Job DetailsWorking with the Supplier Relationship Manager to operate a strategic alignment between the business and our supplier base- Ensuring appropriate supplier meetings are conducted, in alignment with the supplier framework, defining the agenda, chairing, minute taking and following up on any actions from key meetings- Supporting operations and commercial teams with any activities that allow for a better outcome for Hastings and our suppliers- Ensuring supplier risks are highlighted and logged accordingly, and have actions in place to address and prevent them moving forward- Ensuring internal governance processes are carried out consistently for all suppliers- Supporting the SRM with other initiatives and projects where required

Skills we would love you to haveKnowledge of insurance and/or working with suppliers- Strong communicator who is able to communicate with all levels of seniority both internally and externally, with the ability to influence- Be curious and motivated Seeking and achieved some stretched targets and be adaptive/reactive to change

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
