About the Role

We are seeking a talented Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team at Hastings Direct. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring they meet our high standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with suppliers.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supplier relationship strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with suppliers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
