Management Reporting and Analysis Opportunity

Hastings Insurance Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Management Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and value-added management reports, using their analytical skills to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the effective delivery of management reporting. You'll work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be essential in developing and reporting on group-wide KPIs, driving commercial analysis, and providing actionable insights to Executive and Board level stakeholders.

You'll also have the opportunity to mentor Finance Graduates during their FP&A rotation, supporting their skill development and reviewing their outputs. Our hybrid working approach allows for flexibility, with opportunities to work from home or in our office.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and annual performance bonus. Our benefits package includes private medical insurance, life assurance cover, and pension contribution matching up to 10%.
